Archer is an American adult animated sitcom created by Adam Reed for FX that aired from 2009 to 2023. It follows the adventures of bumbling secret agent Sterling Archer and his dysfunctional colleagues in an anachronistic Cold War–esque universe that satirizes espionage and society. The show takes a modern approach by reinventing itself with self-contained anthologies, but returned to its spy parody roots after the tenth season.
