Larry Murphy lends his voice to the character of Gretchen, a blonde hairstylist with a deep nasal voice and a large bust. Despite her less-than-stellar hairstyling skills, Linda remains a devoted customer, even though she often ends up with her ear cut during appointments with Gretchen. In addition to being a hairstylist, Gretchen also has a side job selling vibrators. Later on, she takes a job at a store similar to American Girl and assists Louise in stealing a doll she wants. The character also briefly dates Hugo in the episode titled "Lobsterfest."
