About Kif Kroker
Kif Kroker serves as Fourth Lieutenant on the Democratic Order of Planets (DOOP) starship Nimbus, under the command of the narcissistic and incompetent Captain Zapp Brannigan. Kif, a green-skinned alien from Amphibios 9, is often frustrated by Brannigan's behavior and lack of boundaries. Despite his dissatisfaction, he remains loyal to Brannigan and is in a romantic relationship with Amy Wong. Kif is passive and bashful by nature, often bearing the blame for Brannigan's disastrous plans and operations. Although he resents his treatment, he struggles to stand up to Brannigan, for unknown reasons, until a couple of incidents during the series show him taking a stand against Brannigan. He rarely drinks or smokes, but sometimes finds Brannigan's behavior amusing when he is drunk. Over the course of the series, Kif's personality develops, becoming more emotional, tender, and sweet-natured. Despite the challenges he faces, Kif continues to work alongside Brannigan and navigate their complicated relationship.
