Susie Carmichael is a recurring character in the Nickelodeon TV series Rugrats as well as a main character in the spin-off series All Grown Up! She is the main rival of the character Angelica and often helps the babies stand up to Angelica, acting as a big sister to them. Despite their rivalry, Susie does try to befriend Angelica. Despite her rivalry with Angelica, she does make an effort to get along with her and tries to be her friend. She first appears in the show in the episode "Meet the Carmichaels" when she and her family move into Tommy's neighborhood. Susie is a kind and competitive young girl who loves adventure and has a very active imagination, much like the babies. She is known for being supportive of her friends, as shown when she helps Chuckie overcome his fear of riding down slides. She also has a good understanding of adult behavior, as seen when she realizes her father's boss is manipulating their family for his own benefit. Susie is also not a great cook and it's hinted that Chuckie has a crush on her. She is voiced by Cree Summer and has reimagined as two years old in the 2021 series.
