Vicky Flannigan is a cruel, sadistic, and ruthless teenage girl who is the main antagonist in the show for the first six seasons. She babysits Timmy and is one of the reasons he has fairy godparents, as most of his wishes involve getting revenge or getting around her. Vicky is typically hired by Timmy's parents for their "adults-only" trips, leaving Timmy in her cruel hands. She is voiced by Grey DeLisle and makes cameo appearances in the related movies and series. Vicky is two-faced, appearing sweet and innocent to adults but revealing her true cruel nature when they are gone. She tortures Timmy and has always been his main target, but he is always forced to revert any attempts to get rid of her as something always interferes to make him realize he needs her. Vicky is paid handsomely by the parents of children and other wealthy people for her babysitting services. She is also transformed more times than any other human except Timmy Turner. In the original series, after her constant torture drives Timmy to gain fairy godparents, she becomes his main target. However, in the main series, she remains completely oblivious to the fact that Timmy has fairies, even when she is on the receiving end of their magic.
