Toymaker outfit

The Toymaker is depicted as a cheerful craftsman engaged in his trade, sporting attire befitting his quaint and humble profession. Perched on a wooden chair, he wears a snug, cream-colored shirt, specifically with a band or mandarin collar, that looks soft and well-worn, hinting at many hours spent in diligent labor. He wears knee-length light brown breeches neatly tucked into light-colored beige socks, which in turn disappear into simple, brown, heeled shoes - a functional choice for someone constantly on the move around his workspace. Covering his lower half is a wide dark green apron, serving as both a protective layer and a repository for his tools, which include a brush and a carving tool. In the shirt pockets of his top, he carries a small wooden giraffe, and other small tools. His attire is topped off with a warm-toned, orange gnome-like cap, adding a touch of whimsy to his appearance and embodying the magical and creative essence of his toy-making craft. Either a beanie or pointy gnome cap would do the trick, as the cap itself is pointy, yet a bit on the slouchy side.

About Toymaker

The Toymaker is a character in "Songs of the Dark Lantern" who labels Wirt as "The Young Lover" and sings "A Courting Song." He sculpts toy figurines for a living and is a prominent guest at the Tavern. The Toymaker is voiced by Frank Fairfield. Wirt, Greg, and Beatrice are traveling in the Unknown, seeking Adelaide to help them get home. When they stop at the Dark Lantern tavern to seek shelter from a rainstorm, Wirt speaks to the Toymaker about Adelaide, but the Toymaker mistakenly thinks Wirt is trying to marry her. This leads to a series of misunderstandings and miscommunication at the tavern, turning into a celebration after Wirt sets the record straight. The Toymaker interrupts Wirt when he asks for directions to Adelaide and begins to offer marital advice in the form of a song. The song results in a misunderstanding that Wirt is getting married, which evolves into a celebration. Eventually, Wirt sets the record straight by singing an improvised song, leading the bar patrons to hail Wirt and Greg as "pilgrims."
