Buff Frog is wearing a simple yet unique outfit that matches his robust and muscular physique. His dark teal tunic is fitted, and featuring a lace-up closure at the neckline. Cinching at the waist, he wears a wide belt with a skull-shaped buckle, adding a menacing flair to the ensemble. Though he wears no other items, it would be easy enough to mimic his appearance for exactly this reason, by wearing a green body suit, especially one featuring fish scales. A headband with bat wings would mimic the appearance of his bat-like ears, and would go quite a ways to ensure fidelity of the ensemble.
About Buff Frog
Buff Frog, also known as Yvgeny Bulgolyubov, used to be a member of Ludo's army and was involved in battling against Star Butterfly and Marco to steal the wand. However, in season 2, he leaves Ludo's army, adopts twelve tadpoles, and works with Boo Fly. Despite his loyalty to Ludo, Buff Frog is among the more intelligent members of the army, realizing Toffee's ulterior motives and helping Star get into Ludo's Castle. After becoming a parent, he shows compassion and care for his adoptive children and rejects Ludo's attempts to recruit him again. He also becomes close friends with Star, offering her and her mother a place to stay and ultimately supporting her efforts to bring Mewmans and monsters together. However, he initially has doubts about the possibility of peace between the two groups, leaving Mewni with other monsters to avoid persecution and displaying cynicism towards Star's attempts. It is only when he sees monster and Mewman children playing together that Buff Frog starts to believe there is hope for the future generation.
