About Hekapoo
Hekapoo, a member of the Magic High Commission and the creator of dimensional scissors, has a laid-back and trickster-like nature toward those she sees as beneath her. However, she takes her job and the misuse of her creations very seriously, often disciplining her fellow commission member Rhombulus. Despite her authoritative nature, she has a number of quirks, such as being attracted to masculine men and displaying cowardice when facing threats. In "Cleaved", Hekapoo is erased from existence when all magic in the universe is destroyed, but throughout the series, her opinions on monsters and her role in perpetuating the cycle of hatred between Mewmans and monsters seem to change. This culminates in her betrayal of the Magic High Commission to allow for the rescue of the monster populace by Star Butterfly and Marco Diaz. In "Star vs. the Forces of Evil: The Magic Book of Spells", it is revealed that Hekapoo joined in the massacring of monster armies and taught Festivia Butterfly to continue the animosity between Mewmans and monsters, refusing to accept Omnitraxus Prime's method of teaching kindness. Despite this, her actions and growth show a shift in her beliefs.
