About Star Butterfly
Star Butterfly, also known as Star the Underestimated, is a teenage princess from the Kingdom of Mewni in another dimension. Her parents send her to Earth to learn how to use the royal magic wand, with the guidance of Glossaryck. During the first two seasons of the show, Star lives with the Diaz family on Earth. In season three, she returns home to Mewni before moving to the Monster Temple in season four after the destruction of Butterfly Castle. She becomes the Queen of Mewni briefly before passing the kingdom to Eclipsa Butterfly. Eventually, she returns to Earth and starts a romantic relationship with Marco.
