About Ludo Avarius
Ludo Avarius is the primary villain in the first part of Star vs. the Forces of Evil. In the first season, he leads an army of monsters to steal Star's wand and attempt to take over the universe. In the second season, he acquires his own wand and gains new followers, but eventually, his body becomes possessed by Toffee. At the start of the third season, Ludo's wand fuses with his right hand, giving him the ability to briefly seize control of the Butterfly Kingdom. However, after Toffee's ultimate defeat, he embarks on a journey of self-discovery. In the most recent episode, he resides in Castle Avarius with his brother, Dennis. Initially, Ludo is portrayed as power-hungry and ruthless, using his minions to do his dirty work. When faced with adversity, he develops determination and demonstrates a degree of care for his followers, showing a shift in his character. Despite his evil tendencies, he evolves beyond his initial cowardice and selfish behavior.
