Befufftlefumpter was born between July 1909 and July 1910 and was raised by bears in the wilderness. After fulfilling the candidacy's requirements and being anointed by the birdly kiss of a freedom eagle, he won the mayoral election in Gravity Falls. Despite notable actions such as raising the town's water tower and the potential start of World War I at a young age, Eustace was intensely reclusive during his time in office, leaving his mansion only once a year to purchase lettuce for his 200-year-old Galapagos Tortoise named Jembles.
